Tim Grey is regarded as one of the top educators in digital photography and imaging, offering clear guidance on complex subjects through his writing and speaking.
Tim has written more than a dozen books on digital imaging for photographers, and has published over one hundred video training courses, has had hundreds of articles published in magazines such as Digital Photo Pro and Outdoor Photographer, among others.
For more than twenty years he has been publishing the daily Ask Tim Grey eNewsletter, answering questions from photographers. He also publishes the monthly Pixology digital magazine as well as the GreyLearning video training library.
Tim teaches through workshops, seminars, and appearances at major events around the country and around the world.

In this presentation, Tim Grey will share some of his favorite stories, and demonstrate the planning that was involved in making the photograph happen. He’ll also provide insights into the adjustments that helped take each photo from a well-planned image to an optimized final result. Along the way, you’ll get tips on tools for planning various aspects of your photography, insights into photographic techniques, and tips on optimizing a photo based on the mood of the image and your own vision as a photographer.
