Our feathered friends are a joy to watch, and while challenging, they are rewarding to photograph! Big or small, dull or brilliant, fast or slow, birds are everywhere, lending themselves as natural, easy subjects. How do you get close to them? How do you make those images you desire with the camera gear you already own? Is there a magic number or do the important answers come from within?
