Here is how Mid-Atlantic Photo Visions uses any data you give us. We do not share any of your data except as specified below.
If you sign up for or are on our email list:
- We only use the email list to send you information about the expo. We do not share the list.
- You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email we send from this list.
- We currently use MailChimp to manage our list. Their privacy policy is available at http://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/
If you purchase tickets for the Expo:
- We use a third party vendor, currently EventBrite, and they have the information you give to them to complete your purchase. We use some of this data to do post -analysis to help us improve the Expo year over year. The EventBrite privacy policy is available at https://www.eventbrite.com/privacypolicy/
- We also load any email addresses this vendor collects into our email list.
- We do not share this information outside of Mid-Atlantic Photo Visions.
If you are a member of one of the regional camera clubs that are members of Mid-Atlantic Photo Visions, we use the data we get from your club about you to:
- Generate a discount code for your use in purchasing reduced price tickets. That code is stored in EventBrite.
- Populate our online photo judging software platform, Visual Pursuits, so that you may compete in the Expo. The Visual Pursuits privacy policy is at http://naturevisions.visualpursuits.com/Help/PrivacyPolicy.aspx
- Populate our email list so that you receive the latest information about the Expo.
- We do not share this information outside of Mid-Atlantic Photo Visions.
If you visit our web pages:
- We will collect anonymous data about your visit. We will not collect any personally identifiable information without your knowledge. This data will not be shared outside of Mid-Atlantic Photo Visions and is used to better understand our audience and to improve the website functionality.
