Macro Photography: Visual Poetry with Sheila Guevin

Saturday, November 7 | 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. | Room 308
Sunday, November 8 | 10:45 to 12:15 p.m. | Room 308

Hands-on-Workshop Description

Create images that evoke poetry with techniques that mimic how a poem uses tools like repetition, recognizable imagery, use of things that can be both literal and conceptual, embedded visual sound, euphony and cacophony. You will strengthen your ability to create cohesive, concept-driven work while deepening your personal visual language and artistic voice. See less, feel more—and let your images speak in poetry.
