Raptors are a group of birds of prey that are characterized by their sharp talons, hooked beaks, and keen eyesight. Raptors can be found on every continent except Antarctica, and there are more than 560 species of them in total. There’s no need to go searching the world for raptors, MAPV is bringing them to you!
Sign up for your chance to photograph raptors outdoors in a natural environment. We have 6, one-hour sessions to choose from.
Featured raptors will include a Red Tailed and Harris Hawk, an Eagle Owl named “Bubo”, a Peregrine Falcon, and a Vulture. Special thanks to Earthquest, a non-profit organization with locations in Virginia and Georgia for bringing these beautiful raptors onsite for us.
