The student contest grand prize is named for our late friend, Bill Prosser. A volunteer for over twenty years at McLean High School’s photography program, a founder and longtime member of the McLean Photography Club, and a leader and longtime member of the Northern Virginia Photographic Society, Bill was a great photographer.
